Sister Mintaka presents the Luna Vest + Kite Sleeves by Puff and Pencil.

The LUNA Vest with KITE Sleeve is an easy-to-make-jacket with a collar and snap buttons as well as side pockets. It is without lining and is made with bias tape. This pattern comes with two lengths – in the photos you see the short version. The KITE Sleeve has a sculptural shape and features a button cuff.

The large format printed pattern with sizes XXS-XXL included makes it easy for you to start sewing without having to print and tape pages together. The envelope also includes a printed instruction booklet.

This pattern is for the confident beginner.

The pattern is made for woven fabrics. If you are in doubt about which fabric to choose, then fabrics such as canvas, denim, quilted fabric, coating wool and oilskin work well for this jacket. In addition, we recommend using a thinner quality for the pockets eg cotton canvas in a color that matches the outer fabric.
