Sister Mintaka presents the Jaimie Pyjama Bottoms and Shorts sewing pattern by Tilly and the Buttons.
I love the Jaimie Shorts! I’ve already made two pairs. One pair was made in tencel twill which feel so comfortable and breathable against my skin, so they’re perfect for warm sunny days! I also made a pair in quilting cotton and added ruffles to the hems. In terms of fit adjustments, I just added an inch to the rise, because I like them to sit slightly higher. I want to make a ruffley linen pair next!
Lounge in style in your me-made pyjama bottoms or shorts. With simple construction and a free step-by-step video tutorial (available on YouTube), Jaimie is an ideal first sewing project for newbies, or a quick and satisfying make for existing stitch addicts.
Choose between full-length pyjama bottoms or flirty boyfriend shorts, with optional drawstring detail. The low-rise, elasticated waist and relaxed-fit leg make these PJs oh so comfy to wear. You’ll never want to get dressed when you’re wearing your Jaimie jammies!
Jaimie includes Tilly and the Buttons’ award-winning beginner-friendly instructions, with colour photos showing you each step – making it easy for you to create gorgeous clothes you can be proud to say you made yourself. Plus you can sew along with Tilly with the free video tutorial!
