There’s a new exclusive collection dropping this

There’s a new exclusive collection dropping this evening at 6.00pm. The fabrics are part of our Art Department series where we find incredible work created by artists from across the globe.

This fabric is a viscose crepe which feels soft and has a bit of weight to it. You wouldn’t need to line this fabric. I can picture this as a blouse, co-ord set or dress.

The Big Sew Off 2024, Coventry On Thursday 7th No

The Big Sew Off 2024, Coventry

On Thursday 7th November at 10am, a group of volunteers embarked on a huge challenge, to sew for up to 24 hours! We wanted to raise money for @mindcharity and create a beautiful collection of clothes that we could donate to @giveyourbest.uk or my local Air Ambulance Charity Shop.

We managed to raise thousands of pounds for charity, with the help of other hubs across the country. Thank you to everyone who donated! If you would like to donate you can find the JustGiving link on @thebigsewoff page

The Coventry hub was made possible thanks to Scarman Conference Centre at the @uniofwarwick who provided us with a lovely space to work from. Juki UK provided us with some incredible machines that were a dream to sew on. We definitely couldn’t have done this without them 💕

I’m a finalist on @itv M&S: Dress The Nation!

If I wrote down all of the names of the people I met, and all of the things that I did… I wouldn’t believe it to be true. This has been beyond my wildest dreams ✨

I’m so excited to see where my future goes next. I’m going to continue to explore fashion design and see where this journey takes me.

Will there be sewing patterns, a ready to wear range, collaborations… who knows? Watch this space.
