We aim to process orders within 5 working days. Sister Mintaka is based in the UK, so please be aware that there may be processing delays during UK Bank Holidays.
Shipping is charged at a set price of £6.60. We aim to send parcels via Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed service, however sometimes we may use an alternative shipping provider or service.
European shipping is charged at a set price of £15.00.
For the United States, shipping is charged at a set price £35.00.
For the rest of the world, shipping is charged at a set price £25.00.
For international shipping, we aim to send parcels via Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed service, however sometimes we may use an alternative shipping provider or service. Shipping times are provided as a guide only. Royal Mail aims to deliver European parcels within 3 – 5 working days, and international parcels within 5 – 7 working days. Please note that items may be delayed by your local customs, which may affect your delivery times. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. If you have not received your item within 14 days, please contact us and we will check the status of your delivery using the parcel tracking number.
Your order may be subject to customs charges and fees. These depend on the value of your order. You will have to pay these. The customs authorities in your country determines if charges are due on imported goods. The levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country. We cannot advise on what these may be. Please contact your embassy or customs authority of your country for help.
If you’re in the UK, please contact us after 14 working days, from the date of dispatch, if your order hasn’t arrived. If your order is shipped Internationally, please contact us after 7 weeks, from the date of dispatch, if your order hasn’t arrived.
We will contact the shipping provider and they will ask us to submit a report regarding the lost or delayed items. Sometimes they are able to locate lost or delayed parcels and they will deliver your parcel to you. Other times they may confirm that an item has been lost and in this case we will either provide a replacement or refund for your order. Please note that it is very rare for parcels to get lost, and over 99.5% of parcels will be delivered.
